Through our wellness coaching and workshops, Emily will lay down fundamental mental and emotional tools that will help you to develop a healthy relationship with your mind. Once we understand the interaction between the Conscious and Subconscious Minds, and how to constructively engage with our thoughts and feelings to achieve our goals, anything is possible!

Wellness Coaching
In these individualised sessions, we work one-on-one with you, either in-person or virtually, to help you develop an internal system to better regulate your thoughts and feelings.
Learn how to:
Identify and understand emotions and traumas
Back-track uncomfortable thoughts to their source
Express yourself in healthy ways
Work constructively with your mind to fulfill your ambitions
An in-take form will be provided between the free, 20-minute consultation and the assessment session so we can tailor your experience to your goals.
The first assessment session is 1.5 hours, and all other sessions are 1 hour.

This one-month program includes four, weekly one-on-one sessions with your coach, Emily, each designed to help you RESET your perspective and re-frame your mind for success.
1 x 1.5-hour assessment session and 3 x 1-hour sessions = 4.5 hours

In our two-month program, we build up from our foundations to BOOST our wellbeing by enhancing proactive mental awareness tools. This program includes eight, weekly one-on-one sessions with Emily.
1 x 1.5hr session and 7 x 1hr sessions = 8.5 hours

Our three-month program includes twelve, weekly one-on-one sessions, and is sculpted for those who seek to reinvigorate and rediscover themselves. At the end of this program, we will reflect on the TRANSITION you have made from the person you were to the person you choose to be.

Corporate Wellness
As leaders, we don’t need to have all the right answers. Instead, we need to understand who we have on our team, and which questions to ask whom.

Wellness Workshops
In these group sessions, hosted either in-person or virtually, your coach, Emily, presents key information supported by attractive graphics, and works through exercises that will help you to develop a system to nurture a healthier relationship with your mind.
By targeting this core relationship with yourself, we will teach you to navigate your thoughts and feelings to improve the quality and efficiency of decision making, while cultivating effective communication and meaningful connections with those around you.

Understand the relationship between the Subconscious and Conscious Minds, and use it to your advantage
Be constructive with how you process your thoughts
Recognise and connect emotion and circumstance
Incorporate mental tools that support your goals

All workshops are include an optional in-take form so we can tailor your workshop to your goals, as well as worksheets and a paper copy of the ‘Mind Bites’ book.

Our external environment is a reflection and extention of our internal state, so if you are having challenges with stress and communication in the workplace, there are internal tools you can implement to help.
In our three-month program, we take your team through the basics of mind management and thought organisation, then build up through emotional expression to develop constructive systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness through clarity of mind.

No matter how old you and where you are in your journey, we all have the capacity to gain knowledge and work our new understandings into our lives.
The early we start learning about mental and emotional wellbeing, the easier it is to incorporate strategies that transform our entire lives.
All of the It’ll be alwright® Wellness Workshops are applicable to any age group, and modifications can easily be made to suit the various needs of the audience.

Our school workshops are 1-hour long either in-person or virtually. We do offer 2-hour workshops for university-level students if that is preferred, but we stick to 1-hour for grade school so we don’t wear through their attention!
